Stayed in gorgeous a double room with balacony, a partial view. The location for Maspalomas was stunning and brilliant, short walk to the original indoor restaurant, other areas and park.

The location could n't be more convenient and best possible in the bars being very quiet. The room was brand-new and fashionable, and with an incredible view on your balcony worth paying for sea view🙂

The room was luxurious and huge, including a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar. the view from the hotel was excellent. -the breakfast was exceptional and very good, with fully replenished options including cheeses for everyone.

The hotel is situated right by the beach and close to La Charca. the restaurant served fantastic meals for breakfast and dinner. - the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. - Our stay was truly excellent thanks to the wonderful service.

I stayed at a hotel in a central location, right in the heart of the resort. It was surrounded by pools and had a lovely eating area on the open promenade. The best part was the direct access to a large sandy beach, which was just a few minutes' walk away. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the gardens. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only downside was the lack of a bathtub in the bathroom.

The pool bar and the bar in general were quite pricey.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the desert of the extensive sand dunes nearby, allowing for easy access to stunning natural landscapes. We were happy to see that the chilled cava was there when we arrived, though it was not the type we ordered. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops within walking distance, perfect for grabbing any necessities or souvenirs.

The hotel lacked an adults-only pool, which would have provided a more peaceful and relaxing environment for guests.

The best aspects of our New Year holiday included the stunning ocean views from our room and the excellent food offered by the hotel's restaurant. The location, right on the beach, was perfect for us to enjoy walks along the shoreline and the nearby dunes. We particularly appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided in our room, as well as the optional late check-out, which allowed us to fully enjoy our last day.

The worst aspect of our stay was the lack of parking options for our rental car. We had to drive around for some time to find a spot, which was frustrating.

They are efficient, personable, and friendly. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the gym and swimming pool, are great. The hotel also offers the convenience of arranging car rentals, making it simple for guests to explore the surrounding area.
